500-error

Sometimes when our server gets busy it gets the hiccups, or when the Internet is busy it causes data losses. Our server expresses these problems by giving you a "500 Error" message. There is usually nothing wrong with the server, nor with your browser.

The best solution is simply to hit the "Reload" button on your browser. Nine times out of ten the page will reload fine.

If this does not work, try emptying your browser's cache. (Sometimes the "500 Error" message is stored in your computer, and when you try to access that page again, the browser pulls up the stored / cached error message. Clearing the cache will solve this.) To accomplish this with Netscape, go to the "Options" menu, then choose "Network preferences" and finally "Cache".
