A few things could be keeping you from accessing your E-Cards account. They are:
We know most people are certain they have not made a typo... but this is the most common login issue we see. Both your email address and password entries must match those you have saved for your account.
Passes are case-sensitive. The upper-case and lower-case characters you enter for a pass must match what you saved.
It is sometimes hard to notice that your Caps-Lock button has been pressed and passes are being entered in all caps.
When you first subscribe to E-Cards you should receive an email asking you to confirm the validity of your email address. If you didn't receive this mailing please check you spam filter/folder to see if it is trapped there.
When you change your account password you should receive an email asking you to confirm this change. If you didn't receive this mailing please check you spam filter/folder to see if it is trapped there.
If you are using autofill to fill form fields an incorrect auto entry may be occurring. We often find people's browsers have saved an old or incorrect pass. To address this issue make sure all info is deleted from the field and nothing extra is being auto entered as you type. You might also need to visit your browsers Auto-Fill setting and make sure it is cleared for E-Cards.
